What are the five management mantras you follow?

Focus on creating value for customers: Success in business requires a deep understanding of customers’ needs and preferences and the ability to deliver products and services that meet or exceed their         expectations.

Build a strong team: Success also depends on having a talented and motivated team that shares a common vision and values and works collaboratively to achieve the common goals.

Embrace innovation: In today’s fast-changing business environment, it is essential to be open to new ideas, technologies and ways of working that can help create a competitive advantage and drive         growth.

Manage risk effectively: Success also requires the ability to anticipate and manage risks effectively, whether they are related to market dynamics, technology disruptions or other factors.

Continuously learn and improve: Finally, success in business requires a continuous process of learning and improvement, including seeking feedback, analysing performance and making adjustments as needed. Industry leaders need to ensure keeping pace with the developments in technology to provide satisfaction to their customers. A strong understanding of customers’ requirements is a must.
