A pragmatic person with a cheerful disposition, Swati Saraf is an entrepreneur and president of Les Petits. The brand was born out of her desire to create an end-to-end shopping destination for kids, offering luxury products from some of the leading international brands. What is your management mantra?
Fostering a culture of work ownership can help in streamlining work and garnering assured results in the long run.

Create an inclusive environment that encourages employees to come forward and present their ideas without any inhibitions.

My parents

I am a reliable boss whom the team can resort to for confiding not just its professional but personal concerns as well. 

What do you enjoy the most in life generally?
I enjoy exploring local heritage for getting a genuine experience of culture.  

How do you de-stress?
Whenever I am stressed out, I rush to my kitchen and cook my favourite food. Yoga, meditation and spending some happy time with my kids also help me in staying calm.

What is your fitness regime?
My day begins with basking in the sun, followed by Yoga and some workout. I follow a conscious healthy eating habit throughout the day. My fitness regime is simple that supports me to stay active for long and remain focused at the same time.

My dream is to make Les Petits an end-to-end shopping destination to fulfil the luxury needs of kids in India. We ventured into e-commerce to cater to evolving needs of parents and also to be available across India.
