Key changes in Pride Hotels’ top leadership, Atul Upadhyay promoted as ED

Pride Hotels Group has elevated its senior leadership team to key positions across strategic regions. The move highlights the Mumbai-based hospitality company’s dedication to nurturing internal talent and enabling high-performing individuals to drive the next phase of growth and guest-centric innovation across India, a media release form Pride Hotels has said.
Pride Hotels Executive Vice-President Atul Upadhyay has been promoted as its executive director. In his new capacity as executive director, Mr Upadhyay will take on a broader strategic mandate, working closely with the board and senior leadership to shape the group’s future vision and drive its pan-India initiatives, the release has added.
The other top leadership changes include Binay Thakur as vice-president for the eastern region; Mohammad Shoeb, the vice-president for the northern region; Kushal Ranjan, the vice-president in charge of revenue management and distribution; and Koustuv Mukherjee, the associate vice-president of Gujarat, Goa, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
“Atul Upadhyay has been a cornerstone of our leadership journey. His strategic thinking, people-first approach and deep operational expertise have helped us scale new heights. As Executive Director, I am confident that he will continue to play a transformational role in our growth story,” said Pride Hotels Group CEO Satyen Jain, commenting on top-level changes in the hotel company.
